This week on Typical, Nikki and Tara are tackling cancel culture, modern friendships, ChatGPT, artificial intelligence, road rage, and all the little things that make everyday life absolutely ridiculous.
We start with a question: Have boundaries gone too far? From cutting people off over disagreements to social media arguments and the lost art of having an uncomfortable conversation, we're wondering whether protecting our peace is sometimes leaving us a little lonely.
Then things take a turn when we start talking about AI. Apparently, artificial intelligence can do a lot more than make cute pictures and plan your meals. We're talking AI blackmail experiments, robots taking over, whether ChatGPT knows too much about us, and the very important question: If AI ever turns against humanity, will it remember that we said please and thank you?
And because we can't stay on one subject for too long, we're also getting into:
🚗 Road rage, terrible drivers, roundabouts, and why driving in Dallas feels like a survival competition.
🛒 Shopping cart etiquette and whether leaving your cart in the parking lot makes you a terrible person.
💨 Marriage after 20 years, bathroom boundaries, and why some couples apparently still refuse to fart in front of each other.
🤖 How much control we'd actually give AI over our lives, relationships, and decisions.
It's a little thought-provoking, a little inappropriate, and probably more honest than it needs to be.
